Zacharia brings 20 years of experience as a certified secretary, public speaker, business consultant, and trainer. His expertise spans various domains, including management, finance, corporate consultancy, and corporate governance. He has served in leadership roles on several boards, such as the Editorial Board of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) and the Board of Management for Kerwa Secondary School.

Zacharia is a recognized trainer with organizations like Smart Trainers, Institutional Consultants Ltd (ICL), and ICPSK, and co-owns TrainConsult Management, a training institution registered in Kenya and Rwanda.
